The CCAC supports a range of Cultural groups which provide community development, skillsharing and life learning experiences to the residents and temporary population of Cygnet each year. 2021 includes TaKeTiNa and the Cygnet Choir as core activities to the year’s program.
TaKeTiNa
TaKeTiNa is a group learning process which leads participants into states of relaxation, inner presence, and awareness, as patterns of rhythm are layered into our bodies by simple stepping, clapping and singing. It’s a moving meditation practice which is nurturing , fun and collaborative.
